Ohio moving voting locations out of nursing and senior homes.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden

or is it restricted to just the residents of the nursing and senior homes? Because old folks would then be undercounted if they can't go to another polling place for whatever reason.

If it's outside people, then it's good to move it elsewhere.
