I'm hoping that Bernie comes around soon and persuades his supporters to unite behind the nominee.

He has clearly lost the primaries and he's risking the health of Democrat voters by expecting them to come out and vote when its not necessary to do so.

Or he wants a second term for Trump, I’m not sure what the purpose of his campaign is.

5. Depends on his motive for running.

If he wants to defeat trump and move the country left, he should retire from the race.

If he wants to divide the party for personal reasons, he should keep at it.

I actually think that he is sort of the captive of his advisors, many of whom do not have the best interests of the country at heart, let alone the Democratic Party. Otherwise he would condemn and fire those who are doing the crap that they are doing.

He has already run past the time when he could have a real voice in forming the platform. The longer he runs, the more irrelevant he becomes. Losing race after race only diminishes his standing.

primary today, I would vote for:

6. Here's what you do, Joe

Just start ignoring him like that crazy old uncle who comes to Thanksgiving, sits in the corner and goes off on a rant every so often. And when he does that just look over, give him a big smile and a little wave and go right back to dinner.

No more debates...no more talking about him...and when a reporter asks you "Mr Biden, what do you think about what Bernie Sanders said earlier today?" just say..."Who?".

Turn your full attention to Trump, Joe...our nation turns its lonely eyes to you, woo woo woo.

7. There are down ballot primary races that could be hurt if he drops out

Many states also include non-partisan races on the primary ballot. You need every possible Dem vote, especially in deep red states like Nebraska. Our unicameral Legislature is officially "non-partisan" - there is no party designation on the ballot.

If keeping Bernie on the ballot gets him a few more delegates, it's worth it to get more Dem votes for the other races.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
