7 pages when a comparable one from the same year with about the same income, Senator Klobuchar's, ran to 68 pages. There's absolutely no reason to believe Senator Sanders' 2014 tax return was as short as 7 pages - especially as he tried to get away with releasing only 2 pages at first.

It is obvious we cannot trust anything the man says about his tax returns, and if he releases them, we cannot let ourselves be fooled into thinking they're on the up and up from the get-go.

But then, if his followers are willing to ignore him not being a Democrat who has actively campaigned against Democratic candidates then, I suppose, they will tolerate anything.

and have fewer core principles.

If it feels good to be angry at corporations and rich people and so slogans of free stuff at their expense causes pleasant feelings, supporting the party and abiding by core transparency and detailed policy requirement matters less.

Sadly, they don't realize that Trump being elected has hurt the very people they want to see helped and thus their anger, however justified, is counterproductive. Some of them are oblivious to the fact that it may happen again.
