I'd like a litmus test of

committing to increased integration of North America economically and politically. Trump's nationalism can not become the death of the dream of a North American Union. Nationalism is a mental disease, these people are diseased and we have to prevent it from infecting our world.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden

Opposition to it by most of the potential parties involved (with the notable exception of Vicente Fox in 2001, who thought it should include the US and Mexico) pre-dates Trump significantly.
