The last one unnecessarily squandered more than four thousand American lives in a war we were lied into fighting in Iraq. Not to mention many multiples more of innocent Iraqi citizens, and untold numbers of priceless historical treasures. Because of some imaginary WMD that never existed.

THIS time what’s being destroyed right now, in real time, it’s OUR country and all its respected and honorable institutions, our own sacred honor and the value of trust in our word, and the bonds we’ve formed over the years with allies we’re now turning our backs on.

how do we get all the states to agree? The electoral college was a compromise to the slave states. The slaves were counted 3/5ths of a person. So disgusting. Until the repubs are voted out, we can't change a thing.

The Republicans normally win by cheating, and the way the Electoral College is set up, they get to do that.

We think accurate polling results matter much more.

Which I will add it's pretty dated.

It might have made sense in the late 18th century when communication was basically the speed of how fast one can travel on horseback.

This changed by the time the telegraph was invented. The first transcontinental telegraph was 1861. So basically the electoral college has not made sense for nearly 150 years.
