They reflect themselves... until there is entrenched diversity in the system, it is not going to change, however insulting it is to anyone who is not jut like them.

Warren was a law professor at Harvard, was Obama's choice to head the CPB which she set up, and is a Senator from Massachusetts. I think they might qualify as experienced.

....can twist that statement into an issue of race or gender is an act of desperation in the hope that people are stupid enough not to see the hole in the argument you could drive a truck through.

Others will be trying to stand out from the pack by attacking and will come across as frantic and desperate. Joe can look like the level-heading grownup on the stage and the most reasonable option as a contrast to Trump.
