Look, I am doing the best I can. The criticism of the OP came from people I respect. I reread though their comments and took it down.

I'm very sorry that my post in another thread about being frustrated by trying to link to that subthread, and finding out the links I'd copied into an early draft of a message then didn't work, meant not only extra work for you reposting those replies, but extra time answering questions about doing the extra work.

As a deleted OP, I could read it but that was it.

The medical devices tax is sui generis. It’s a sales tax but completely hidden from the purchaser. Interesting stuff

"feel good" legislation is a waste of time and just looks like pandering.
Legislation that actually raises REAL revenue is a different story
