Laurence Tribe: The Supreme Court is suppressing evidence - The Last Word - MSNBC

After the Supreme Court agrees to hear Donald Trump’s immunity claim, Harvard Law professor Laurence Tribe joins MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell to discuss the impact this could have on Donald Trump’s reelection. Professor Tribe says that this is “not the way a country that is concerned to preserve the rule of law and constitutional democracy would proceed.” - Aired on 02/28/2024.
