I still remember a tearful story that Congresswoman Madeleine Dean once told. She said that her mother-in-law grew up without a mother. Her mother-in-law was the youngest of six and when her mother became pregnant again she was told by doctors that the baby would be stillborn and that she wouldn't survive the birth. Ans that's exactly what happened. The year was 1930. Is that where we're headed by these anti-women decisions by these Republicans with no medical degrees??

Or white or not or straight or not see no real urgency and say things like "be patient, relax, we will win the election and everything will be fine."

No, it wont.

Or one of my pet peeves, a progressive friend is repeatedly slamming proposition "1" in California claiming that it changes taxes and tax law and it does not, it helps the homeless but she doesn't wanna pay another penny and so is very much against it. I'm afraid many who are not liberal are against it, that's why I'm not a progressive and I am a Liberal. Perfect example of why.
