(207,638 posts)I've been to Ireland and I remember having a conversation with one of the friends we met there and when the conversation turned to religion, he said "if you weren't Catholic, what would you be?" It's a way of life.

But, yeah. I would venture a guess that these immigrants on average actually attended church more often than 90% of R Congress critters including himself over the last 4years.
Although agreed, I don't care about their religion. They are mostly legitimate refugees based on US and international law.
