Mypost's JournalNot perfect, another Hero, for me
Witty, irreverent, brilliant, POW, and so much more. People are complicated, life takes many twists and turns and tumbles ... the person that you become may be very different form the person you started out as
... we must never allow the imperfections to dim the goodness within ... when that goodness X10, out weights the badness

One of my heroes
Let's celebrate our progressive, liberal roots! Educate the people, somehow.
Zinn grew up in Brooklyn in a working-class, immigrant household. At 18 he became a shipyard worker and then joined the Air Force and flew bombing missions during World War II. These experiences helped shape his opposition to war and his strong belief in the importance of knowing history.
After attending college under the G.I. Bill, he worked as a warehouse loader while earning a Ph.D. in history from Columbia University. From 1956 to 1963, he taught at Spelman College in Atlanta, GA, where he became active in the Civil Rights Movement. After being fired by Spelman for his support for student protesters, Zinn became a professor of political science at Boston University, where he taught until his retirement in 1988.
Zinn was the author of dozens of books, including A Peoples History of the United States, the play Marx in Soho, Vietnam: The Logic of Withdrawal, and SNCC: The New Abolitionists. He received many awards including the Lannan Foundation Literary Award for Nonfiction, the Eugene V. Debs award for his writing and political activism, and the Ridenhour Courage Prize.

Zero tolerance for Dems but, no accountability for GOP
How is this gonna work? We throw out everyone and anyone while repubs continue with all of their racism, sexism, xenophobia! We need to come together to figure out how we are going to deal with this.
What I hope all of our Democratic candidates for Pres. will do
How about they all use their position to educate the many, many, American voters, who do not have adequate information about the facts, instead of attacking other Democrats. Maybe folks on both coasts assume that our fellow Americans know what are the facts. They don't! Please educate them, because I believe that most, given the truth , will make decisions for the best of our country. In case you don't know, plenty of Americans can't get MSNBC, for example, on their TV. I took a trip to Pennsylvania and the TV only had FOX. How can Democrats breech this media blockade?
Dems: the biggest issue for fighting trump, GOP

Get down on it!
&list=RD8PaoLy7PHwk&start_radio=1&t=0So if trump is not governing then the question is
Who the hell is running things? m. pence needs to be called before congress to answer if he, in fact, is in charge. A lazy, racist, corrupt, self-dealing, know nothing, pro-Russian liar policies are now the standards for our leader in the Executive Branch? ... What in the world is going on? m. pence needs to answer for this. Staffers are trying to warn us with the release of trumps attendance record, so to speak, and he is basically a truant. gen. kelly needs to speak out or be called in for questioning ... all of these enablers need to speak out now!
