A Russian "Porn Bank" Propped Up Truth Social

"According to The Guardian, TMTG might never have made it to the merger stage after the Securities and Exchange Commission opened an investigation into the deal in 2021, prompting Mr Trump’s company to chew up cash to keep it alive long enough until it could be cleared to make its stock market bow.

That expense forced the company to seek out emergency loans, two of which, the newspaper reports, were worth $8m in total and came in the form of convertible promissory notes (granting the lender a significant stake in TMTG) from an entity called the ES Family Trust, which opened an account with Paxum Bank registered in Dominica in the Caribbean.

The broadsheet cites leaked documents linking the trust to the Russian-American businessman Anton Postolnikov, co-owner of Paxum Bank and the subject of a criminal investigation by the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security over his role in the TMTG merger.

Paxum Bank does not have a banking licence in the US and is not regulated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, which is a concern, the newspaper argues, because that would indicate the ES Family Trust had been used by Mr Postolnikov “to loan money to help save Trump Media – and the Truth Social platform – because his bank itself could not furnish the loan”.

OK Legal People, Have At Trump's Bond

You correctly told us how a bond is supposed to work, but that isn't what Trump's bond says.

Trump's bond says that Knight Specialty isn't liable for 175 million if Trump loses his appeal, Trump is liable, so what is the purpose of this bond? Trump's bond says that if Trump loses his appeal it is not responsible for any interest.

People keep saying that Hankey and Knight Specialty need to be investigated, no fucking shit. While SOMEONE is at it, how about investigating Axos bank.

WTF Trump gets away with is astounding, or in this case, is trying to get away with.

Another question I asked, since Axos bank has loaned Trump 225 million dollars to Trump Tower and Doral National Golf course does that mean that Tish James cannot go after those 2 properties? I really doubt that Trump is paying back that 225 million dollars, it's just simply money laundering. has trump made a payment to Axos bank yet?

Is Axos Bank Protecting Trump Tower and Doral Golf Course

There is a lot of shadiness involved with Hankey's bond, He is giving different answers as to what collateral Trump put up.

So if and when Trump loses his appeal he may owe upwards of 500 million by then, what can Tish James go after?

This Hankey character is a major shareholder in Axos bank and Axos bank has loaned Benedict Donald 225 million dollars for the commercial portion of Trump Tower and for Doral Golf Course. I am not a legal expert but would these loans prevent Letitia James from going after Trump Tower and Doral Golf course? Are those 2 loans protecting them from being confiscated?

Someone needs to take a hard look at Axos bank and money laundering.

TSF Is A Genius At Being Evil

Sorry if I upset so many people. Trump is only good at doing evil things if that even makes sense, and I should have been clearer about that. He had someone take his SAT's for him he is so stupid, one of his professors stated he was his dumbest student, yet he gamed the system to graduate, or maybe he just bought his diploma?

Forgive me. Looking forward to April 15th.

Merrick Garland, Donald Trump, & The Fall Of France

"During the past three years, there have been numerous critics of the Justice Department under Attorney General Merrick Garland’s leadership. I have been among them. It did not seem encouraging that in one of his first major acts after taking office, Garland intervened in the E. Jean Carroll lawsuit to argue that Donald Trump had presidential immunity in a case that had no bearing on any possible scope of his presidential duties."

"Garland’s apparent slowness when it came to appointing a special counsel to prosecute Trump was also puzzling. Some of my correspondents, a few of them with law degrees, scoffed at my amateurish take on the matter: Main Justice was playing a diabolically clever game of twelve-dimensional chess, they assured me, and had Trump right where they wanted him. The legal art, or so I was given to understand, is so infinitely subtle that outsiders were committing a species of lèse-majesté to question Garland’s approach. "

This Is What Makes Democrats Like Me Mad

DOJ has been investigating Hunter Biden since 2018, 6 fucking years, under Republican and Democratic administrations. What has DOJ found after 6 fucking years:

1. Russian propaganda
2. Hunter didn't pay his taxes, but then he paid them.
3. Hunter lied on a gun application.

Then we have Donald Trump and Axos Bank

Axos bank is a small internet only bank in San Diego. I believe that trump moved some of his money there about a year ago but I can't find the source.
Nevertheless, this small bank has lent Donald Trump hundreds of millions of dollars when no other bank would go near Trump. Two employees of this bank quit because they complained about shady practices that were going on at the bank, like maybe laundering money.

Axos bank's relationship with Donald Trump needs to be investigated by the Feds, but it fucking won't. A few investigative reporters will investigate and write a story about the corruption that went on.

Trump gets away with it because we let him.

Trump's Bond Has Been Rejected

Trump's bond has been rejected until Knight Specialty provides the court with more information.

Attorney Tristan Snell, author of Taking Down Trump about his experience suing Trump on behalf of students of the failed Trump University, noted that the insurance paperwork has been "returned for correction"

"[The] court demands that the bond underwriter, Knight Insurance, provide more info about their own solvency and authorization to cover the bond. Is there something else shady in how Trump's bond is being handled?" Snell wrote on X on Wednesday.

Wednesday's New York County Supreme Court notice read:

"The court has returned the documents listed below for the following reasons: Please include a current financial statement and Power of Attorney. Additionally, please list the name of the Attorney-in-Fact under the signature line on the Undertaking. Please use the 'Refile Document' link for Doc. No. 1707 to resubmit the corrected filing. Thank you and have a great day."
