It has not been proven in a court of law as far as I know.so no it has not been proven.

The VAST majority (myself included) of posters said let the due process of a detailed investigation, overseen by the AG, play out. It now has. The report is overwhelming and it is damning ay a multiplicity of levels, including multiple documented instances of abuse of power by the Executive chamber.

You are now moving the goalposts to demand that he cannot be touched and/or should not resign until a criminal trial and conviction takes place. That would set up a potential nightmarish situation.

I have watched multiple Democratic NY State Senators and New York State Assembly members all say that if he refuses to resign, he will be impeached. The same thing happened with Spitzer and it was NOT post criminal trial and conviction.

Stonewalling this is incredibly bad optics on damn near every level, and courts disaster.
