for shingles. I am 56. I don't want to go through the same ordeal.

Anyhow, the shot itself is not painful but it's pretty rough with side effects, namely muscle pain all over the body. This lasted about 3 days. Still, it's worth it.

My doctor encouraged me to do so after we discussed the Feinstein episode.

It turns out it's also fully reimbursed by my insurance. $212.00 with no insurance, $0.0 for me.


I am hoping senator Feinstein recovers well and that it also inspires people over 50 to go get the shot.
