Folks, please. President Biden did NOT "hand out the diplomas". He saluted and [View all]

shook hands with all 921 graduating cadets. The diplomas were handed out by AFA staff. When all 921 had saluted and clasped hands, he turned to return to his seat., and tripped over the sandbag, which was apparently holding one of the screens in place.

So far, every single report has gotten the diploma thing wrong.
