(26,041 posts)69. I call it the Goldilocks syndrome: belief that Republicans win because Democratic candidates
are flawed, run bad campaigns, have no policies to help the working/middle class, too this or too that, and so do not "inspire" voters of all parties, but if you find just the right candidate, everyone will vote for them and everything will be nice.
