DUers with good memories - Help - Chinese Spy/GOP Fundraiser scandal from the W era? [View all]

I could swear there was a GOP fundraiser from the George W Bush era - 2001-2009 - that ended up being a Chinese spy, or connected to Chinese spies/Chinese intelligence. The woman was Chinese or Chinese-American. However, when I searched google and narrowed the dates down to that first decade of the 2000s, nothing came back. And, if you don't narrow the dates down, it's all recent stories.

This is NOT Cindy Yang, who was the Florida brothel/massage parlor owner that is in a ton of pictures with Trump era GOP "elites" - this is before Yang.
