It seems like a relatively harmless commercial transaction. I don't think that dentistry company does business outside of Texas.

Vice President Charles Curtis did an ad for cigarettes in the 1920s. This is before heavy regulation came down on the tobacco industry. Dude just wanted to buy a new car, I reckon.
