I’ve been listening to presidents since Nixon. Each one, including Obama, had occasional missteps, backtracks, and awkward moments (though Bush II went above and beyond) but I’d never noticed Biden stuttering. I’ve heard him only since he was VP, but I’d never made that association. He speaks deliberately, and seems to under-pronounce certain consonants, maybe, if I had to characterize it. I have a coworker who has a stutter, and I’ve never noticed anything close when I listen to Biden. Am I the idiot?
