I think NBC will offer her $300,000 (her contract) to settle and if she says no they will take her to court, file a countersuit with endless motions (a la Trump) and drag it out for years..in the meantime McDaniel will be piling up ridiculous legal bills and court costs, more than her contract and more than than she's asking...NBC is a multi-billion dollar company..NBC has the time and the money to wait her out whereas McDaniel is on her own...
