that they are not taking up the side against him. Even though they will say that anyway.
Trying to be impartial so to speak. Kirschner said the same thing but more eloquently..

I think the law could have nailed him a while ago but does not want to seem partial to getting rid of him.. Give him enough rope and he will hang himself..
