Today's eclipse in Indiana... Holy Smoke!!! [View all]

The funniest part… For over an hour, we are all sitting there, watching the moon crawl millimeter by millimeter into the sun, little slow, and maybe even boring at first, and people are getting up to go to the bathroom and get a refill etc. don’t miss it someone says as it’s almost to the time of totality, and we are just waiting to see the same thing only with the pretty red ring around it. And then suddenly… The whole picture EXPLODES and it is at least double the size, glowing and throbbing and colorful and blowing our minds!!
No idea how they did that. The math doesn’t seem to work because Seconds ago it was tiny and a zillion miles away, and suddenly it’s in your backyard and huge!
Good Job Universe!
You should’ve heard us screaming, especially the guys who just stopped by for a beer. 😂😂😂😂❤️
