1. I don't understand the implication?

I've had the similar thing occur a couple months ago - a prescription - card declined - I got a text query if I was attempting to make the transaction - I confirmed I was - pharmacist ran the card again and the charge went through. I thought nothing more about it.

What do you think is significant?
