There was no legal need for the SC to take this case unless they wanted to find a way to grant Trump some immunity while denying it for the current and future presidents.

presented a theory on how they will do it and he will get out of all the fed cases, if I remember correctly. Jack Smith's case will go down the drain.

If they are right, we better get something substantial out of this case by the Manhattan DA.

I encourage others to check this out, as I was gardening while listening and may have missed something. I don't think so, though. Both Karen and Ben were sick at the possibility, as was I after I heard it.

The podcast is "Trump is Decomposing at Criminal Trail" and appears after the halfway point. You won't find this one at youtube; it's the audio podcast and you have to go to Apple or Prime or wherever else they have it.
