who helped author HAVA along with Tom DeLay, Bob Ney, and Chris Dodd, and has a financial interest in ES&S, and has been picked by a Democratic administration to be the new Secretary of Defense of the world's strongest military, it may be that the two parties are really a charade.

All the bickering over Hagel's nomination is pigs fighting for space at the trough.
