(3,425 posts)42. You have a lot of discretion in how you train your replacement.
If they are asking you to train your replacement with the intention of firing you, it would be understandable if you did not put any real effort into it and possible forget some really instructions. Some tasks when done incorrectly and would show major problems further down the road would be ones to consider.
