- ongoing facial recognition program in many states to get a state DL
(100mill+ records now, instituted by Bush)
- NSA capture of all digital communications (not just cell/phone metadata,
but capture of digital-muxed call-content also)
- cell-phone location capture
- weekly uploads of all tag-camera data ( "all" as in all cars that pass
a police-cruiser camera's id of tag/car/person travels)
- drones, et al..
- cameras, et al (a _lot_ of "all&quot

This is supposed to help I understand.
Does it help protect citizens, or help to 'manage' them?
I guess both, but am not sure about the freedom definition anymore.
