Have you ever voluntarily not voted in a Presidential or Congressional Election [View all]

in an election when you were able to vote at your polling place or absentee? I'm only talking about Presidential election years or mid-term election years, not purely local or state elections where no Congress Members or a President were not on the ballot.

I ask to see whether, as I expect, the vast majority of DUers are regular voters who do not voluntarily skip voting.
