There will be much more bipartisanship and cooperation from the likes of Boehner, Cruz, and other Republicans, since the main reason they dislike Obama is racism.

There will be a little more bipartisanship from the Republicans; while their opposition is partly driven by racism, it's mostly that Obama is a Democrat.

I don't expect to see any more bipartisanship whatsoever from the Republicans. The only thing that matters is that he's a Democrat. They impeached Bill Clinton, after all.
