If he told us the truth and all the honest truth yesterday, his chances for the Presidency are pretty much done, but he will remain the Governor. (Why a bunch of dems are hedging bets right now. You really do not want to take chances if you know what I mean.)

BUT, here is where it could become real fun, any of what he said yesterday is proven to be anywhere from just a misrepresentation of facts to an outright lie, then we are very much off to the races. In the cycle of a scandal, him apologizing is pretty much bad news for his political career anyway

The fact that we have multiple investigations at multiple government levels in two states and the feds is pretty much bad news. And do not forget local reporters digging in further. If there is a scintilla of a lie, or misrepresentation, it will be uncovered.
