given it's age, and the simple fact that it doesn't have anything specifically to do with their feelings about his Iraq War vote, nor the recent comment claiming moral authority in such matters this country lacks.

That was a low point in his current position, and one rightly mocked imo.

Are you confused about the fact that a poll about his performance in that role is a different issue, and much more narrow in roles and scope than the much broader thing I argued? you're just not so subtlely suggesting that I accept your baseless assumption that those numbers reflect the feelings about his entire record as opposed to his role as SoS alone as the poll sought to measure.

WHat are the chances of that occurring do you think?
