It's like he thinks we either weren't paying attention, or have a memory as long as a toothpick is wide.

On one hand you have Nancy Pelosi saying the bill needs to be passed so we can know what's in it. On the other hand, the promise that President Obama "will not sign any non-emergency bill without giving the American public an opportunity to review and comment on the White House website for five days" gets tossed out the window like so much trash. The bill was passed on 3/21 and signed with much fanfare on 3/23.
