There are no charges against him that he has to prove his innocence. Let Sweden charge him with a crime, and then seek extradition. Seeking extradition because they want to talk to him is bull. They could talk to him in England. He has offered to talk to Swedish police in England.
Pinochet was charged with murder, rape and torture, crimes against humanity, and the Tories went full bore to protect him.
