The policy goals are what the neocons said they were...the overthrow of 7 countries in 5 years...the timeline was over optimistic but the goal still stands.

And you might be right, it may continue even with Sanders because the president is not the real power in the world.
But unless we break the chain of the status quo nothing will change.
