The game was moved because there is travel ban in Erie County NY. You will get arrested if out on the road. They don't want 65,000 people traveling to the stadium in a white-out blizzard. 47 people died in last years blizzard. Unless you put a dome over WNY this game would have been moved even if the stadium was domed. It has nothing to do with cold, Buffalo people can handle cold. It was all about public safety and the safety of first responders who would of been tasked with going out responding to accidents and stranded people. Get enough cars stuck and accidents, then streets and highways come to a standstill and then ambulances can't get through to respond to medical emergencies, fire trucks can't get to a fire, etc. Thats why the game was moved.
