On one hand, Joe Manchin wants bipartisan support for democratic judges. He wants republican backing.
But on the other hand, all that would satisfy Manchin is just one, solitary republican vote. One single vote.
Since when does ONE arbitrary vote signify bipartisanship and support by Republicans?
