1. since when are tax returns and speech transcripts equivalent?

it has been standard practice for presidential candidates to release their tax returns since 1976.

Have presidential candidates released transcripts of all their paid speeches (while they were in the private sector)? Should we ask her to release all the work she has done as a private individual? Legal cases she ever handled and what she was told?

Didn't Goldman Sachs pay her to do a speech? isn't that what the employee-employer relationship is about?
