that you could do justice to a Stephen King novel with a made-for-tv movie!?! i see a lot of potential in doing The Stand as a proper theatrical release motion picture. i am also happy to see that they are doing the same with IT. i am normally not a fan of remakes/reboots but in the case of these pictures they were so hamstrung by the made-for-tv format that they just could not be done with proper attention to ... detail.
