That is why it's important for Democratic candidates to keep fighting for the voters after the votes have been counted instead of immediately capitulating to the monied interests. Had President Obama taken a hard stand for the left there would have been plenty of support in the mids... He lost a lot of us by taking investigating 911 off the table and then bailing on a public option for healthcare...
