Scroll to the bottom. It shows Battleground states with a range of "D/R Pollster Characterization" which he describes as "Characterizations are from private conversations between Charlie Cook and top Democratic and Republican pollsters and strategists."

According to his Democratic and Republican sources:

Pennsylvania: Obama up 7-9
Michigan: Obama up 7-8
Ohio: Obama up 4-7
Wisconsin: Obama up 3-7
Nevada: Obama up 3-6
New Hampshire: Obama up 2-5
Iowa: Obama down 1 to up 7 (odd range)
Colorado: Obama up 1-5

That gets us to 290 (284 if Iowa somehow falls to the low end of the range).

States on the verge:
Florida: Obama down 2 to up 1
Virginia: tie to Obama down 2
North Carolina: Obama down 1-2

Time to close the deal. We just need to avoid pulling a Valverde (Tigers fans would agree).
