Strong administrator, security credentials, puts the west in play, doesn't risk a congressional seat, is younger, and will soothe that subset of Clinton voters who wish to see a woman ascend the power structure

I'm almost positive Bernie will pick a female VP and I'll be disappointed if he doesn't.
