11. Hold the phone, when did "not that hard to find" become the standard for doxxing?

Especially addresses, which are used for SWATTING and other, less likely to be deadly forms of harassment. Someone took the time to 1.) find his address and 2) publicize it, which I think is the textbook definition of doxxing. You can think that WaPo is the shilliest bunch of shills who ever shilled, but "doxxed" is certainly how I'd describe that.
