It's not an hourly wage, its a fee for services rendered, and Hillary is underpaid as a speaker compared to men of her stature. You might want to go learn a bit about how speaking fees work, why they're not an hourly wage and how much people of her stature get per speech. There are many resources you can access so that you might educate yourself, posting out of ignorance isn't making you look very good.
