2016 Postmortem

I have been a Warriors fan since 1966-67 when started listening to the Warriors and Rick Barry at night on radio.

Only ever went to two Warriors games though: circa 1960 with my parents as a small child at Cow Palace in San Francisco when the Warriors had Wilt Chamberlain and once in late 70s as a student at Cal.

I have already voted (by mail) for Sanders in the California primary.

I have been priced out of professional sports in my age. I had gone to at least one SF Giants game each season between 1959 and 2003 and have not been since (and live a 450 mile drive away). But still attended several SF Giants games each season from 1987 to 1998 when lived in OR.

IMO sports owners and sports players get paid too much and the games have become more commercial and corporatized. Family ownership of franchises and stadiums no longer exists.
