to destroy trust in our institutions. This did not happen overnight. Republicans have been framing government as the bad guy for decades.

There are not many people on this planet that I have less respect for than Frank Luntz. He's a smart guy. He knows what he is doing. What he has done. He's been a top advisor to everyone from Newt Gingrich to Tom DeLay to Karl Rove, and he has some nerve to publicly decry how divided the country has become.
