A quote by Victor Hugo:

"Even the darkest night will end and the sun will rise."

From Les Miserables

Trump argues that he should be on campaign trail, rather than in a courtroom defending himself...

He is in a state of panic unlike any we have seen in a long time.

The truth is that he should not be on a campaign trail at all. He should have been disqualified from running for any office after his part in the insurrection of January 6th.

Also, he should have been in a courtroom long before now. He has used the system to fight any accountability, by delaying every legal process.

He is supposed to go to trial as soon as a jury is selected this Monday. He has never been this close to being held accountable for anything in his life.

As usual, he is twisting reality and the facts to suit his needs. Unfortunately for him, up to this point, it is not working.

The law may have the last word after all.

Do you feel any difference in the universal vibe since the eclipse?

Do you feel more positive? Do you feel anything has changed?

Do you believe in gravity?

Perfectly balanced between the Earth and the Sun, the Moon must have had some effect on the gravitational fields, one might think?

Since a large percentage of the human body is water, could the Moon's gravity have some effect on the human brain?

Perhaps it is all just an illusion?

Whatever it was, it was amazing!

The eclipse is coming!

Gov. Greg Abbott (TX) brags that it is Texas that is spurring the national economy...

Not anything that Joe Biden has done.

He was bragging that the unemployment level had dropped dramatically, even as "illegal immigration" had dwindled to almost nothing. Texas was leading the nation in job creation, according to Abbott.

Hmmmm... something didn't sound right about that??

All the immigrants were going across the borders of the other states, but not Texas? Then suddenly, all these jobs are created in Texas?

I think there may have been something Governor Abbott was not telling us?

Will it be worse for America if Trump wins or if Trump loses?

Will there be more violence if he loses or if he wins?

Does it even matter? The very idea that he is running again for President is bad enough for America. The thought that he might win and crack down on his political enemies, as he has promised, or that he might lose and call his followers to violence, should never have been in the cards to begin with, in my opinion. He should have been in jail a long time ago.

Now, many in the television news are attempting to "normalize" his run for the White House.

Also, if he wins the White House, but the Democrats take the House and Senate, would that be the best outcome in the next election? Republicans plan on riding his coattails as far as he can drag them.

Is there any way to escape the coming violence, other than leaving the country?

Will Trump find a way to delay or escape his trial a week from tomorrow?

He certainly is trying everything he can conjure up.

He wants the Judge to recuse himself. He is attacking the Judge's family. He wants some TV documentary as evidence that the world is out to get him. No doubt, he will offer more in the next week.

His desperation is showing. All along the watchtower, time is drawing near.

In my opinion, once this snowball starts rolling downhill, there will be no stopping it.

My wish is for Judge Merchon to be successful.

Judge Juan Manuel Merchan?

What will the MAGA's be saying about him two weeks from now?

Assuming that Trump does not get another delay and his trial has begun?

If Merchan can get Trump in front of a jury, he will be a hero to many Americans, I am sure.

Trump and his cult will be very angry.

America needs a hero.

Do you believe in "signs"?

I do believe that there are things that happen that are beyond our small minds.

I do recall the last big eclipse that crossed America in 2017. It came on shore in Washington state and departed somewhere near Charleston, SC. Trump had only been in office a few months, but long enough to know that he was going to be a disaster.

Now, seven years later, there is another eclipse that crosses the path of the previous one, somewhere near the Paducah, KY area.

We did have weather disasters after the last eclipse. We had Houston flooded from a Hurricane and then almost immediately afterward, we had Puerto Rico and Cuba torn apart by hurricanes. There is no proof there was a connection, but it happened nonetheless.

People can interpret these "signs" anyway they wish, I suppose?

I prefer to see the beginning and the end of a 7-year scourge called Trump. I think the eclipse will signal the end of Trump and evil he brought to this country.

Trump is very, very worried about the April 15th trial date.

He doesn't do "trials".

He either pays off the plaintiffs or delays the process until it disappears.

But, this time, it is different.

There is Michael Cohen and Stormy Daniels waiting to testify. Hope Hicks is a wild card and they don't know what she might say? The facts do not look good for Trump. He really needs to make this trial disappear.

It was nothing unusual for him to try to pay someone off to keep them quiet. It was not the first time he had done it. Unfortunately, it was right before the 2016 election and he did not need any more negative attention. Michael Cohen, who swore he would "take a bullet" for him, was sent to prison for his part in the pay-off. Obviously, there is no love lost there.

So, is Trump worried about April 15th?

I would say, very much so.
