We want Trump and others removed from power. Impeachment is just the very first formal step, not the final outcome.
Democrats must have the full redacted report, the full evidence, and Mueller's narrative to complete an airtight case for removal. Either by resignation or impeachment. But when Democrats start up the no-Trump train, it will have enough fuel to carry it all the way to Removaltown.
And subpoenas are the first sign Democrats are fueling up the no-Trump train 🚂. But they should immediately start fueling the train with hearings, indictments, and PR campaigns. Now.
It's obvious delay is the only tactic Republicans have, and zero strategy at all.

I think that's a misread. We aren't impeaching yet because Pelosi doesn't want to.
