It is not Trump-like to oppose NAFTA and TPP on the basis that they hurt American workers. That's pretty much a mainstream Democratic voter position. Fair trade above free trade.
The Daily Beast article shows that Sanders is talking about a new alliance that includes middle eastern countries and Russia. Note that it is not NATO. Note that it sounds quite a bit like the United Nations, and also note that if that happened we couldn't waste all of our money getting our military people blown up in the Middle East.
Ok, so thanks for some bare-bones backup to what you are claiming. None of it came from Brunch with Bernie, I'll be waiting for those links. Note also that you've provided no evidence for "tariffs" or "trade wars" yet. Opposing TPP is not the same as that, at all. Your mileage may vary with making alliances to keep the world a safer place. To me it's a good idea.
