37. He is the plaintiff's attorney, publicly encouraging potential jurors to acquit the defendant even

if he is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. This attorney is asking and encouraging sworn jurors to break their oaths and possibly the law. He is an officer of the court who is encouraging lawlessness.

He needs to be gone from the case immediately. This amounts to a form of contempt of court.
