Its an evenly balanced district that Biden won by 1.6%, but Fitzpatrick won (in 2020) by 13.2%, so a lot of voters willing to split tickets. IN 2022, he won by 9.8%. The rating outfits all have this as LIKELY R.

PA-10 (Jenelle Byrum vs Scott Perry) is seen as more winnable.
